Electronic signature now available on PlanningPME Web Access

Last feature of the application PlanningPME Web Access is now available !

Users can now have an electronic signature from customers or providers or even themselves for any event on their schedule. Sign in will help to justify an intervention, a training, an installation or a repair done.

This new feature of PlanningPME Web Access has been designed to meet the needs of companies that have employees performing interventions within their customers‘ site. It works on different terminals (PC, Mac, Smartphone, Tablet).

This is a feature directly customisable on the planning board, with the option of setting up signature rights by user.

You can also export information on electronic signatures by email or Excel Pivot Tables.

Today, filters have been greatly improve within PlanningPME. Selection is much easier including a search zone to find data rapidly. Selection removal can also be done via a just a click on a new red icon.

Attach a file to a task

Within PlanningPME, you can create customised fields in order to adapt the software to your activity.

As many customers ask for it, here is a post to show you how to create an additional field type "hyperlink" that allows you to attach a file for a job. So, from the task window, it will be possible to open any kind of file as a Word document or an Excel or a PDF file.

Link your tasks easily

How to create a link between your tasks?

While making your office project management, you sometimes need to link your tasks within the software.

To link tasks, two possibilities

-> 1st possibility - Go to the first task and right click, select Link…

 

 

Then, go to the second task and select …to

Results:

 

 

 

->2nd possibility - Select the link icon at the top of the planning:

 

Then, click on the first task and then on the second task

 

 

 

Define a delay between the tasks

You can also precise a delay between two tasks clicking on the arrow directly

 

 

Then, while shifting the first task, the successive linked tasks will be shifted as well according to this delay:

Tip of the Week Excel Reports

Do you want to make and update reports
to track the time of your employees easily?
 

A powerful feature of our planning software PlanningPME is the possibility to make reports via Excel Pivot Tables. 

Here is an example of reports:

All the data regarding resources, clients, projects, tasks, unavailabilities can be exported to Excel in order to have precise reports.

You can then have the number of days off for each employee, the time spent on each task, the number of days per client...

Do you know that you can save up to 10 templates in PlanningPME? Indeed, once your different templates created, you will just need to update them regularly selecting the dates in Pivot Table interface of PlanningPME.

I have the error message "Password Required" when I try to open PlanningPME with MS Access or the message "Invalid password" when opening PlanningPMEHTML or when I try to compact PlanningPME

    


On some versions of PlanningPME, a password protects the database PlanningPME.
